Registration

The fee for the three-day camp is $300. Please complete the Registration and Medical Release Form [pdf, 24KB] and mail it to the gym with your deposit of $100.00. The remainder of the camp fee will be due upon check-in on the first day of camp. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR CAMP FEES. CASH OR CHECK ONLY AT CHECK-IN!

Enrollment will be limited.

Upon receipt of registration form you will receive a confirmation email. Deposits are refundable, up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the camp. After that time, a deposit may be credited towards another camp.
