The Level 7 Judges Cup Qualifier on Nov. 13 will determine which gymnasts represent Oklahoma at the 2010 Judges Cup.

Open Gym- 5:00 p.m.
Timed warm-ups 5:30 p.m.
March -in 5:50 p.m.
Modified Capital Cup Format

Saturday, November 14

Level 4, 5 & 6

Tentative schedule

SESSION 1: Level 4
Open gym - 8:00 a.m.
Timed warm-up - 8:30 a.m.
Meet - 10:00 a.m.

SESSION 2: Level 5 & 6
Open gym - 1:00 p.m.
Timed warm-up - 1:30 p.m.
Meet - 3:00 p.m.

A third session may be added if we have a lot of entries.

Level 4 - achievement ribbons, all-around, event and team awards
Level 5/6 - all-around, event and team
