Abigail Matthews

Women's Program Optional Team Coach and Choreographer

Abigail started her gymnastics career in Virginia Beach, VA where she did gymnastics at Gymstrada gymnastics from level 5 to her second-year at level 10. In 2013 she moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to train at Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy where she was trained by Mary Lee Tracy. She did elite gymnastics for two years and level 10 for a total of 7 years. Abigail earned a full scholarship to the University of Oklahoma and graduated in the spring of 2021. Abigail started coaching at Cincinnati Gymnastics when she was 15 years old and is now on her fourth season at Bart Conner Gymnastics coaching the optional team.
